Modalities for the implementation of the People's Republic of China Carriage Tax Act within the self-government area

(The first ordinary meeting of the Government of the people of the Autonomous Region of Mongolia, held on 23 January 2013, considered the adoption of Decree No. 192 of 6 February 2013 by the Government of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region of Mongolia, which came into force on 1 March 2013)

Article 1 establishes this approach in the light of the National People's Republic of China Carriage Tax Act, the National People's Republic of China Carriage Tax Regulations.

Article 2 is a vehicle, owner of the ship or manager, which is covered by the Interim Ship Taxation of the Inutonomous Region of the Self-Government Zone, and shall pay the vessel tax in accordance with the People's Republic of China Cartel Tax Law, the Regulations on the Application of the People's Republic of China Carriage Tax Law and the scheme.

The vehicle, ship, referred to in this approach, refers to mobile vehicles and vessels registered by the law in the vehicle registry management, as well as to motor vehicles and ships that are not required by law in the vehicle registry administration to carry out or operate within the unit's premises.

Article 3 taxes and taxes on the vessel's taxes are carried out in accordance with the table annexed to the present scheme for the tax on the levies of the Interim Force in the Autonomous Region of Mongolia.

Article 4:

Article 5 provides for the payment of motor vessels and the non-removal of shipping taxes from five years from the date of implementation of the People's Republic of China Carriage Tax Law, which are not required by law to register airfields, ports, railway stations or operate within the vehicle fleet.

Article 6 ships that save energy and use new energy can be taxed or exempted. Specific scope is implemented in accordance with the relevant national provisions.

For serious natural disasters, such as earthquakes, flooding, have affected tax difficulties and other special causes, which require tax-free truck vessels, which may be taxed or removed within a certain period of time. Article 7. Cargo taxes are charged by local tax authorities.

Article 8. Insurance institutions engaged in the compulsory insurance operation for third-party personnel shall be taxed by the law upon receipt of the insurance premiums and receive the award.

Article 9. The vessel's tax is declared by year and is calculated on a one-time basis. The tax year is 1 January to 31 December.

The taxpayer shall pay the vessel's tax on the basis of the compulsory insurance for motor vehicle traffic accidents.

The taxpayer's new acquisition of the vehicle vessel and its own declaration of the payment of the vessel tax shall pay the vessel tax on its own tax obligations by 30 March.

Article 10

Article 11 regulates the tax collection of vehicles, in accordance with the National People's Republic of China's tax administration, the People's Republic of China's Carriage Tax Act, the China People's Republic of China Carriage Law Enforcement Regulation and this approach.

Article 12 of the present approach refers to public transport vehicles, which are defined by law as operating eligibility, implementing price standards set by the price sector, operating in accordance with prescribed time, lines and slots, for use by the public and taking part of the social good service or for carrying out government directives.

Article 13 The application of the Integral Carriage of Mongolian Self-Government Zone, issued by the Government of the People of the Autonomous Region on 23 August 2007, was also repealed.
