Methods of management for the empowerment of cultural communities in South Africa

Article 1 establishes this approach in the light of the Law on Regional Self-Government of the People's Republic of China, the People's Republic of China National General Languages Act, in order to promote the normativeization and standardization of the use of Chinese in society.

Article 2

The social use referred to in this approach refers to the promotion of attitudes towards the public.

Article 3 Administrative authorities in the city, district (zone) national affairs are responsible for the management of the Territory's social use.

The National Language Languages Agency is responsible for the day-to-day management of the use of Chinese society within the Territory.

The sectors such as public security, civil affairs, transportation are inspected, monitored and supervised in the context of the empowerment of society.

Article IV is aimed at social use and should be standard, normative, complete and clear. In order to express the same content, the meaning of the text should be consistent with the meaning of the Chinese.

Article 5 encourages businesses, social organizations and individuals to use both languages in the social language.

The following days, the social language of the facility, should be used in parallel with the use of both means:

(i) The name of the administrative area;

(ii) Names and public chapters of the name of State organs, utilities units;

(iii) The names of the municipal, district (zone) government websites, and of the executive branch;

(iv) Names and brands of names of public places, such as airfields, fire blocks, car stations, ports, terminals, museums, exhibitions, libraries and sports stations;

(v) Major meetings in the city, the district (zone) and brands used for major activities;

(vi) Other situations in which the provisions should be made should be accompanied by the use of both languages.

Article 7. At the same time, the text of the text should be in line with the pre-enhanced principle and in compliance with the following provisions:

(i) In the form of horizontal letters, under the symbol Han;

(ii) Beaching the paper, which was right-wing and was left;

(iii) In essence, in the left half of the paper, Hanoi is in the right half of the right or in the outside of Chinese.

(iv) The specifications of the two languages should be coordinated and should be more than one third of the breadth of the Chinese text.

Article 8 provides for the use of pamphlets in accordance with article 6 of this approach, as well as business, social organizations, individuals who voluntarily use their brands, brands and creativity, may entrust minority language agencies with free translation.

Article 9. National minority language language-based institutions should guide institutions, business units, social organizations and individuals in the translation process in the right use of books to assist the relevant sectors in inspecting and overseeing the use of fostered societies.

Article 11. In violation of this approach, there are one of the following acts, either by the administrative authorities of national affairs or by organizations entrusted by them, according to the following provisions:

(i) In violation of article 6 of this approach, the period of time is not accompanied by the use of both books and in the language of Hanoi; the denial of correction, warnings and fines of up to 500,000 yen;

Article 13 of this approach refers to the designation of administrative areas, including the names of the administrative regions and cities, such as the city, the district, the town and the district (zone).

Article 14. This approach is implemented effective 1 July 2013.
