Modalities for the management of motorcycles in the Autonomous Region of the Wider Thanks

(9th ordinary meeting of the Twelfth People's Government of the Great Britain and Northern Ireland, 19 June 2013, considered the adoption of the Decree No. 89 of 7 July 2013, No. 89 of the Government of the People's Party of the Great Britain and Northern Ireland, which came into force on 10 August 2013)

In order to strengthen the management of electric vehicles and mobile chairs vehicles, to maintain road traffic order, to secure safe access to road traffic, to develop this approach in line with the People's Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Act, the National People's Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Act and the Road Traffic Safety Regulations of the Broad-Fin-Autonomous Region.

Article 2

This approach refers to the use of a battery as a supporting energy, with two buses, to carry out a special course of life, electric power or electro-help functions; the alleged mobile chairs, which refer to a mobile chairs vehicle dedicated to persons with disabilities.

Article 3

The Ministry of Business Administration, the quality technical supervision sector, the industrial and information sector and the Disabled People's Federation should be responsible for the management of electric motorcycles and mobile chairs in accordance with their respective responsibilities.

Article IV organs, groups, schools, business units should educate their personnel in compliance with this approach.

Public safety authorities' traffic management is registered in the processing of electric motor vehicles and mobile wheelchairs vehicles, nuclear launches, route cards should be directed to all vehicles to promote the safety of road traffic; and the driving of electric vehicles and mobile chairs that violate road traffic safety regulations should be maintained in order to combine penalties and education and help them raise road traffic awareness.

Article 5 prohibits the unauthorized production of electric vehicles and mobile chairs. The sale of electric movable vehicles and mobile chairs without the production of a licence is prohibited.

It is prohibited to change the structure, structure and main technical parameters of electrical vehicles and mobile chairs that meet national standards. Other devices that impede road traffic safety are prohibited.

Article 6. The quality technical supervision sector will be made available to the public security authorities in transport management, the business administration, the industrial and informationized sectors, and in accordance with national standards, the production of a directory of registered electric vehicles and mobile chairs buses to society and, where appropriate, updated to guide the sale, purchase of electric motorcycles and mobile wheelchairs that meet national standards.

Article 9. (vii) No diversion, movable vehicles or other vehicles involved;

(viii) The vehicle shall not be taken by a two-hand departure or by possession;

(ix) The driving shall not be accompanied, pursued on a case-by-case basis or on a differentiation;

(x) At the time of the shift, a shift to light should be triggered in advance, and there should be an indication that there should be no shift to a light;

(xi) One person can be loaded by a electric movable vehicle, who shall be placed in the trajectory and shall not be brought to the clock;

(xii) The motivation of its own vehicles is highly not more than 1.5 metres from the ground, and the breadth must not exceed 0.15 metres from the vehicle, and the pre-supon shall not exceed the vehicle's truck;

(xiii) No person with a disability shall be allowed to drive a mobile chairs vehicle.

Article 18

Article 25, in violation of articles 17, 18, 19, 20 of this approach, is punishable in accordance with the provisions of the Road Safety Act of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Road Traffic Safety of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on Road Traffic Safety in the Wider Self-Government Zone.

In violation of other acts provided for in this approach, the provisions of the law, legislation and regulations have been imposed on them.

Article 26 The Government of the People of the Autonomous Region has identified the way forward for other non-modile vehicles requiring registration, taking into account this approach.

Article 27, prior to the revision of the National Standards for the Electronic Vehicles (GBl7761-1999), all vehicles who use electrical movable vehicles outside the national standard may apply for registration of vehicles, and the public security authorities' transport authorities grant temporary hidings and departure cards for the distribution of electric movable vehicles to their movement management.

After the revision of the National Standards for the Electronic Vehicles (GBl7761-1999), in line with the newly revised national standard of electric vehicles, the transport management of the public security authorities has given replacement of official brands and passs, and the electrical vehicle that is not in compliance with the new revised national standards, cannot be registered, without access to roads; however, a temporary and pass-by-entry vehicle has been obtained, which could continue to be used within the time limits set by the transport management in the self-government area.

The law, legislation and regulations provide otherwise, from their provisions.
