Protection management approach to the main sites of the city

(Adopted by the 60th ordinary meeting of the Government of the Western Indian Republic on 16 July 2013, No. 108 of the Decree No. 108 of 26 July 2013, published as from 26 August 2013)

In order to strengthen the protection and management of the sites of the Grand Mining House, this approach has been developed in the light of the laws of the People's Republic of China, the Law on the Protection of Cultural Property in the People's Republic of China, the Law on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Province of the Republic of China, the Synavan City, the Act on the Protection of the Sisters, the Law of the Sisters, the Law on the Protection of the Sisters of the Republic of China, the Law on the Protection of the People's Republic of China.

The approach applies to the protection and management of the sites of the Principality.

The scope of protection of the sites and the establishment of control zones are subject to the publication of the Provincial Government.

Article 3 protects and administers the axes and should uphold the principles of protection of ownership, saving first, reasonable use, strengthening management and correct treatment of the relationship between the protection and socio-economic development and the production of life by the people and ensuring the authenticity and integrity of the sites.

Article IV governs the management of the Maximum sites.

The General Minsk Protection Authority is specifically responsible for the management of protected sites at the Grand Minster.

The municipal property administration sector is responsible for monitoring and guidance on the management of the axes.

Article 5 The Government of the city should incorporate the protection of the sites at large into national economic and social development planning.
