Article 5. The Government of the Provincial People's Government has established the Leading Group for the Conservation and Survivors of the Great Canal Heritage and coordinates major matters in the protection of the San Oriental paragraphs of the Great Canal Heritage, with the aim of reviewing and adapting the protection planning of the SMS.

More than the people at the district level along the eastern part of the Greater Canal Heritage Day are responsible for the protection of large-scale river heritage in this administrative area.

The provincial and municipal protection planning for the implementation of the Grand River Heritage Mountains is published without the approval of the Royal Government of the Provincial People's Government, which shall not be amended.

The protection of the expert counselling system is provided in Article 11. More than the people at the district level along the eastern part of the MSL and its related sectors should seek expert advice on the protection of the property and establish expert opinions files prior to the development of protection planning, approval of documentation protection programmes, construction of works or other major matters related to the large arsenal.
