Chapter I General

Chapter II Information on early warning

(iv) Interpreter (work level): an average temperature of 48 hours or a minimum temperature decrease of 18°C over the next 48 hours is projected, with the lowest temperature equal to 4°C.

Article 29 Blue warning response:

The heads of the provincial-level people's government are responsible for the implementation of the organization responsible for the response to this administrative regional response.

Chapter IV Legal responsibility
