The Government of the commune decided to repeal the provisional scheme for the management of one-time plastic boxes in the city of Shanghai (No. 84 of the Order of the People's Government of the Shanghai City of 14 June 2000), which was amended and re-published in accordance with decision No. 52 of the People's Government of the Shanghai City of 20 December 2010 to amend and re-publish the regulations of the Government of the Shanghai City for the revision of the provisional provisions for the processing of accidents in the Upper Sea.

This decision is effective from publication.
