Protection of cultural heritage in the historic cultural streets in the city of Favour

Article I, in order to strengthen the protection and management of cultural heritage in the area of historical culture, develops this approach in line with the Law on Rural Planning in the People's Republic of China, the Law on the Protection of Cultural Property in the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Protection of Villages in the City of History of the State of the State, and the Regulations on the Protection of Historical Culture in the Fford State.

The scope of planning protection for historic cultural streets (hereinafter referred to as streets) is shown in Article II. Article 5

In violation of other provisions of this approach, the relevant authorities are punished in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Article 23 of the relevant functional departments and their staff members, in their protection management in historic cultural neighbourhoods, abuse of their functions, negligence, provocative fraud, are governed by the law, and criminal responsibility is lawful.
