Decision of the Government of the Honourable Province on the cancellation and adjustment of administrative licence projects in 2013

(Adopted by the 14th ordinary meeting of the Government of Honoural State on 1 November 2013, No. 146 of 5 December 2013 by the People's Government Order No. 146 of 5 December 2013)

Upon review, the Government of the province decided to publish the administrative licence project for the cancellation and adaptation of the year 2013, of which 3 were cancelled and partially cancelled administrative licence projects, 31 of the decentralization of administrative licence projects at the management level, 2 administrative licence projects in the form of change management, and 19 of 36 administrative licence projects.

With regard to the cancellation of administrative licence projects, the former executive body will shift its focus to the regulation of the law and be able to work and avoid a management vacuum. With regard to the decentralized administrative licence project, the former executive body will be required to strengthen operational guidance, training and oversight of the new executive body, and the new executive body will take the initiative, improve the system and deliver good services. In the case of the administrative licence project for a change management approach, the executive body will be able to effectively transform its functions and improve efficiency and service delivery.
