Modalities for the registration of population information in Sichuan Province

(Adopted by the 47th ordinary meeting of the provincial government on 26 May 2014, No. 279 of 14 June 2014 by the Order of the People's Government of the Sichuan Province, which was launched effective 1 October 2014)

Article 1 establishes this approach in the light of the relevant laws, regulations and regulations, in order to fully and accurately capture changes in population mobility, enhance social management and service levels, regulate the registration of mobile population information.

Mobile population accommodations, places of work, units should register personal information about the mobile population, as well as timely dispatch of a public security station to the location or a residence ( Village) National Commission.

The availability and declaration of personal information from mobile populations can be made available in writing, networks, fax.

Article 5 is registered and declared personal information in accordance with the scheme for the management of the hotel industry, such as hotels.

Article 6 Medical institutions, units such as the Restitution, the Church and the host population should be registered with personal information from the accommodation staff and, within 24 hours of registration, dispatched to the local public safety committees or residence (the village).

Article 13 Public security authorities, relevant departments and relevant units, organizations and their staff shall be confidential to the personal information of the persons who have been informed of the mobility of the population without disclosing, selling or violating the law.

More than three times a year in violation of the units and individuals set out in this approach, the public security authorities and the relevant authorities should give alerts to the warnings that have serious consequences to be addressed in accordance with the relevant legislation.

In violation of this approach, the mobile population does not provide or otherwise provide personal information, which is rectified by a public security authority, and refuses to change, with a fine of 200 dollars from the Public Security Agency.

Other units, organizations and their staff disclose, sell or violate information and use personal information from the mobile population, which is fined by more than 500,000 dollars of the Public Security Service. Crime constituted criminal liability by law.

Article 19 of this approach is implemented effective 1 October 2014.
