Trilateral vehicle management approach in the town of spring

(Adopted by the 11th ordinary meeting of the Government of the City of Custodine, on 11 December 2013, No. 47 of the Order of the Government of the People of the City of Chitang, issued as of 20 January 2014)

Article 1, in order to enhance the management of the three vehicles, to maintain road traffic and transport order, to guarantee the safety of vehicles, to protect the physical, property security of citizens, and to develop this approach in the light of the relevant provisions of the law, regulations and regulations.

Article 2 governs the management of three mobile vehicles within the city area and applies this approach.

Article III refers to three mobile wheel vehicles, which are driven or involved by various devices, in addition to mobile chairs of persons with disabilities in line with national standards. These include three types of vehicles, three rounds of motorcycles, three light buses, three bottlenecks and three other engines of installation and the design of the highest-time, air-quality vehicles, and mobile chairs of persons with disabilities that are not in line with national standards.

Article IV Transport authorities are responsible for the management of three mobile vehicles in the city.

Relevant sectors such as urban public security, urban care for sanitation, business and quality should be managed in accordance with their respective responsibilities under the law.

Article 5

(i) Three regional road blocks: the Western uter city - the Home Street - Angela - the Oriental Street - the Trans-Finance of the Roads - the Greater Roads of the South-South Region - the Eco Street-Associate region - the East-East Regional Roads - the North-East Circumway;

(ii) Regions of high-technical industrial development areas of the country in the spring of a net month: a net month of streets (including) - an ecological street for well-being - a South four-South intermodal route (including) - a satellite route (considence) region;

(iii) Some of the regions surrounding the Sccasional Station: the Greater Roads - the Greater People's Street - Self-January-West-West-Louis region;

(iv) South four trajectorys in the northern region: South Kafr City - the Greater People's Street (considence) - South Four-South Roads - the way forward.

In accordance with the specific circumstances of the roads and traffic flows of the city, the transport management of the municipal public security authorities needs to be adapted to the scope of the three mobile vehicles, which are published separately by the Government.

Transport management in municipal public security authorities may delimit the time frame, roads and regions for the three-way vehicles outside the restricted area. Specific time frames, roads and regions are developed and published by the municipal public security authorities in accordance with the statutory procedures.

The three-way vehicles for public goods, such as sanitation, require time frames, roads and intraregional movements in restricted areas, and should be agreed by the municipal public security authorities.

Article 7. The driving three wheels should comply with the following provisions:

(i) Drivers should be carrying, flying the city's public safety authorities' transport management, in accordance with the law;

(ii) A maximum of 30 kilometres at the start of the three mobile vehicles;

(iii) In accordance with the conditions specified;

(iv) Other provisions of laws, regulations.

Article 8 prohibits:

(i) The use of three mobile vehicles for operating activities;

(ii) driving three mobile vehicles in the restricted area or in the region;

(iii) Removal of mobile three rounds of vehicles at locations that impede the movement of other vehicles, such as the intersection of roads, the cranes, passenger terminals;

(iv) The use of three mobile trucks to operate on the basis of urban roads;

(v) Drinking, self-removing or distributing three mobile vehicles;

(vi) Other acts prohibited by law, regulations and regulations.

No units or individuals shall be allowed to produce, sell the three mobile vehicles that are not included in the National Probation and are assembled or otherwise renovated.

Article 10, in violation of this approach, provides for the use of three mobile vehicles to carry out business activities, to be responsibly corrected by the municipal road transport authorities, with a fine of more than one million dollars.

Article 11, in violation of this approach, provides for a period of time, roads and intraregional movement of three mobile vehicles in the restricted area or restricted areas, to be warned by the Transport Management Service of the Municipal Public Security, or a fine of up to $200 million.

Article 12. In violation of this approach, the motor vehicle driver has not been carrying out, the transport management of the urban public security authorities has issued a corresponding licence under the law, with the detention of three mobile trucks by the urban public security authorities and a warning or a fine of over 200,000 dollars. The parties should return three mobile trucks in a timely manner by providing the relevant cards, symbols or the appropriate procedures.

In violation of this approach, three mobile vehicles are more than restricted, and are fined by the transport management of the municipal public safety authority according to the following provisions:

(i) No more than 20 per cent, with 50 fines;

(ii) More than 20 per cent, without more than 50 per cent, with a fine of two hundred dollars;

(iii) More than 50 per cent, or more than 7 per cent, with a fine of one thousand dollars;

(iv) More than 710 per cent, with a fine of two thousand dollars.

Article 14. In violation of this approach, the transport management of the municipal public security authorities may point out the offence and give an oral warning that it immediately departs.

The three motor vehicle drivers are not on site or, while on site, refuse to leave immediately, impede the movement of other vehicles, garners, fines of up to 200,000 dollars from the Transport Management Service of the Municipal Public Security, and may transfer the vehicle to a location that does not preclude the transport or the location designated by the transport management of the municipal public security authorities.

Article 15, in violation of this approach, provides for the use of three mobile trucks to carry out business activities on the urban road, to be converted by the municipal authorities' orders of responsibility for sanitation, with a fine of up to 50 million dollars.

Article 16, in violation of the present approach, provides for the collection of three mobile vehicles by the transport management of the municipal public safety authorities and forcible reporting.

Drivers on the motor three buses listed in the pre- driving section are fined by more than two hundred yen of the Transport Management Service of the Municipal Public Security Service, and the release of three mobile vehicle driving vehicles.

Article 17, in violation of the present approach, provides for the production, sale of three mobile vehicles not included in the National Proclamation catalogue and loading or self-engineering, punishable by quality technical supervision, and by law by the business administration sector.

Article 18 The municipal transport authorities and other relevant sector staff misuse their functions, omissions, provocative fraud, and are disposed of by their units or superior authorities, which constitute a crime and hold criminal responsibility under the law.

Article 19 of this approach has been implemented since 20 January 2014.
