In accordance with the Basic Norms of Administrative Legislation of the Kingston City (Treaty) as adopted by the 40th Standing Conference of the Government of the People of the city on 17 March 2014, the Government of the city decided to repeal the 15 regulations of the Government of the People's Republic of China on the decision to further regulate the management of the investment environment, and to continue the operation of the 11 regulations, such as the Modalities for the Management of Investment Projects of the Remunicipal Municipal Government, which were effective from 1 January 2014.
