Human resources and Social Security Department approved non-governmental vocational training institutions, shall conform to the respective administrative planning the total non-governmental vocational training institutions.

13th vocational training institutions run by one of the following circumstances, ordered to stop by the approving authority:

(C) fails to accept the approval authority for the supervision and management;
(D) the sponsors themselves called for the dissolution;
(E) the school license has been revoked;
(F) violations of, and adverse effects;
