The People's Government of the Republic of Korea, at its 22th ordinary meeting in 2013, decided that:

The following 10 provincial government regulations were repealed.

Implementation of the construction of the watershed area in the provinces of Myangsi (published 6 April 1990)

Modalities for the implementation of the provisions on the protection of women workers in the provinces of Chungi (issued on 17 November 1990, amended 25 February 2011)

Modalities in the Province of Chinsi restricting the sui generosity of family planning (issued on 31 December 1991, amended 25 February 2011)

Regulation for the transfer of geological information in the provinces of Myungi (issued on 7 January 1992)

Prohibition of early marriage in the Province of Chungi (issued on 6 April 1992, amended 25 February 2011)

Pattern management approach (issued 6 November 1997)

Modalities for the renovation of material materials and energy efficiency in the Province of the Republic (issued on 18 July 2000)

Education sensitisation in the provinces of Myungi (published 6 November 2000)

Self-employment scheme for decommissioned soldiers in the provinces of Myungi (published 12 July 2006)

Modalities for the mobilization and use of management of the Water-building Fund in the provinces of Chungi (issued on 2 December 2006)

The following 1 provincial government regulations were declared invalid.

Modalities for the placement of surplus workers in the State-owned enterprises in the Province of Chungi province (issued on 3 June 1995, amended 25 February 2011)

Three changes were made to the following six provincial government regulations.

The Executive Rules of the Department of State for the Treatment of Employers in the Province of Chungi are as follows:

Delete article 19.

The following changes were made to the implementation of the People's Republic of China's Rules for the Promotion of the Democratic Management of the Employer of All Industrial Enterprises of the People's Republic of China:

Delete article 37.

Amendments to the Rules for the Implementation of the Concidential Act of the People's Republic of China are as follows:

Delete article 39.

The methodology for the implementation of the kindergarten regulations in the provinces of Myungi is as follows:

Amendments to Article 8 to “personal establishment of kindergartens shall be subject to review of qualifications by the executive branch of the district (communes, districts) and registration certificates.”

The following changes were made to the Modalities for the implementation of the regulations for the management of health institutions in the provinces of Chungi:

Delete Article 5, paragraph 4, article 24.

The provisional provision for accountability for the safe administration of coal production in the Province of Siai is as follows:

Delete article 8, subparagraph (i), article 9.

This decision has been implemented since the date of publication. The regulations of the provincial government as amended by this decision have been released.
