Decision of the Government of the people of the city of Zihar concerning the publication of the results of the clearance of the municipal administration approval project

(Act of 28 June 2014)

In order to further streamline administrative clearance, regulate administrative approval, deepen the reform of the administrative approval system, optimize the economic and social development environment in my city, and harmonize deployment in line with the Department of State and provincial governments, I have once again fully cleared the administrative approval projects carried out by municipal administrations, as well as by legal, legislative and regulatory authorities. The following decision is taken:

As a result of the review, 294 administrative approval projects were retained, to be converted to 21 of the approved administrative approval project (one of the consolidated post converted to the reserve case), 27 of the administrative approval project (from 64 mergers to 27), 76 items of the administrative approval project (with a partial decentralization of 9), 32 of the administrative approval project, 5 suspension of the implementation of administrative approval projects, 2 conversions to service matters and 2 new service matters.

II. Excluding and suspending the implementation of administrative approval projects, the executive subjects should cease immediately from the date of publication of this decision; be converted to ex post facto regulatory matters, which may not be subject to administrative approval and shall not be implemented in any form.
