In order to adapt to expedite the construction of the rule of law government and to fully advance the requirements of the legal administration, to preserve the unity of the socialist rule, the Honduran Government organized the clean-up of existing effective municipal regulations and decided to repeal the following regulations, respectively:

A registration management approach by the Permanent Representative of foreign enterprises in the city of Nipongo (Ministerial Order No. 51).

ii. Industry management provisions in the Nenbo River (Peace Government Order No. 65.

In the city of Nimbo, there is a violation of the urban planning approach (Ministerial Decree No. 85).

The prohibition of the production, sale and use of a one-time bleaching of plastics is prohibited in the city of Nencampo (Ministerial Order No. 107).

Execution of regulations for the demolition of urban homes in the city of Nipongo (Ministerial Order No. 110).

This decision is implemented since the date of publication.
