Modalities for the safe management of cradles in the vast Hindu province

Article 9. The ladder use units shall perform the following safety management responsibilities:

(i) The development of a security operation management system, the establishment of a safe technical file and long-term preservation;

(ii) Develop contingency scenarios for emergencies and organize regular exercises;

(iii) A clear location in the ladder indicating security concerns, warning signs, effective ITU use signs and emergency relief calls;

(iv) To ensure effective use of emergency police units;

(v) The failure of the ladder or the existence of an accident implied that the use and notification of the maintenance of the ladder maintenance unit should be stopped immediately, and the posting of the ladder symbol;

(vi) In cases where passengers are trapped, promptly organize relief and report in a timely manner, as prescribed;

Article 11. Article 15. The ladder maintenance unit found that one of the ladder use units should be reported in a timely manner to the quality technical oversight component of the ladder location:

Unsatisfactions or the written replies continue to be contested, and the ladder's use units are presented in writing to the municipal quality technical oversight sector and the municipal quality technical supervision sector should organize reviews and written replies within 30 days.

Before reaching out, the ladder should entrust the specialized equipment inspection body or the former ladder manufacturing unit with a technical evaluation.

Specific approaches to the evaluation of the ladder safety technology are developed separately by the provincial quality technical supervision department with the relevant provincial departments.

Article 19 Quality-technical oversight should establish a ladder service credit evaluation system, which regularly evaluates and establishes credit files for the installation, adaptation, repair, maintenance units. The results of the credit evaluation are used as a basis for classification regulation, risk signals and are regularly published in society.

Article 20 Quality-technical oversight and other relevant departments should establish a ladder security complaints and reporting system. After receipt of reports and complaints, it should be dealt with in accordance with the law and inform the reporting person or the complainant of the results.

The quality technical supervision sector could hire social monitors to assist in the conduct of ITU safety oversight.
