Administrative measures on rural water conservancy assets in Liaoning province

    (January 3, 2014 12th municipal people's Government of Liaoning province at the 16th Executive meeting January 8, 2014, Liaoning Provincial people's Government order No. 287, published since March 1, 2014) first in order to strengthen the management of rural water conservancy assets, ensure the security, integrity and effective use of rural water conservancy assets, promotion of agricultural and rural economic development, combined with the province, these measures are formulated.

Second rural water conservancy assets in these measures refers to the main formation with government funding, by counties (including County-level cities and districts, the same below) Water Conservancy administrative departments, Township (town) people's Government, the rural collective economic organizations, and direct service to the rural life and production of all kinds of water conservancy projects and facilities and equipment.

(A) water-saving drip irrigation and drainage projects;

(B) reservoirs and other water storage projects;

(C) the sluices, dikes (Bank protection) and other flood control projects;

(D) drinking water water supply projects in rural areas;

(E) the dam, check dam and other water and soil conservation project;

(F) rural hydropower hydropower projects;

    (G) direct housing for rural water management, etc.

    Third article this regulation is applicable within the administrative area of the province of rural water conservancy assets and management. Article fourth provincial and municipal water administration authorities are responsible for organizing, coordinating, directing asset management of water conservancy work in rural areas.
