Management provisions for the area of long-lasting fire stations

(Adopted at the 11th ordinary meeting of the Government of the City of Custodine, 11 December 2013, No. 49 of the Order of the People's Government of the City of Nasteril, 9 January 2014)

Article 1, in order to strengthen the integrated management of the area of the railway station (hereinafter referred to as the area of fire blocks), to maintain public order in the area of firefighting stations and improve the effectiveness of public services, and to develop this provision in line with the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 2

Article IV Principles for integrated management in the area of firefighting stations. Article 5

(i) Organizing and implementing the Integrated Management Programme of the Territories, the annual management implementation plan and emergency preparedness of emergencies;

(ii) Management of administrative law enforcement and sanitation within the jurisdiction;

(iii) Execution within the jurisdiction of the authorities of the municipality or the administrative authority entrusted by the executive branch;

(iv) The right to end violations other than authorizing, commissioning management matters and to communicate them in a timely manner;

(v) The establishment of a regulatory inspection system for the sound transport order in the Territory, the maintenance of public facilities, the preservation of municipal and environmental sanitation, market order;

(vi) Organizing joint law enforcement and promoting the implementation of administrative measures;

(vii) Coordinate the management of the executive organs and relevant units within the jurisdiction to work together for integrated management;

(viii) Other responsibilities under laws, regulations and regulations.

Sections such as public safety, transport, urban tolerance and sanitation, planning, business, food medicine surveillance, parking, civil affairs and culture should be managed within their respective responsibilities.

Article 7. The municipal public security authorities should implement unified policing management for the long-lasting firefighting stations and the western side.

Relevant management in the area of fire stations should establish a mechanism for the sharing of information, inform each other about management information, guarantee the efficient use of information resources and maintain the management order in the area of fire stations.

Article 10 Regional management bodies should establish a public system of government administration, perform public duties and facilitate access by citizens, legal persons and other organizations to relevant government information by law.

Article 11. The regional management structure of the railway station should establish a platform for operational advisory services in the area of firefighting stations, with public services, interviews, etc., and address complaints, reporting matters within the framework of its duties in accordance with the law.

Article 12. Urban and sanitation management in the area of firefighting stations should be implemented. The responsibilities for urban and environmental sanitation should be well placed in urban and environmental management in the area of responsibility.

Article 26

Article 34 of this provision is implemented effective 9 February 2014. The Pre-Servical Zone Regulation, which was implemented effective 8 August 2009, was repealed.
