Procedures approved by the seventh (a) radial Commerce of Central enterprises apply other enterprise applications to the provincial-leveled Commerce departments. Application materials are complete and comply with the statutory format, or correction application materials according to the request of the applicant, shall be admissible. Chinese economic and commercial counselor's Office (room) from the date of receipt of the letter of comment within 5 working days to reply.
(D) approved by the provincial-leveled Commerce departments in accordance with the Commission's permission, from the date of receipt 15 working days to make a decision on whether to approve and be approved by the Ministry of Commerce, within 5 working days from date of acceptance at first instance, consent of the State Ministry of Commerce.

Tenth approved domestic enterprises, should be submitted according to relevant regulations of the State statistics, participation in joint annual inspection of overseas investment and overseas investment in comprehensive performance evaluation by allowing the introduction of foreign companies, local registration, filing registration file should be reported to the Ministry of Commerce, and Chinese economic and commercial counselor's Office (room) to register.
The 11th article of the provisions of the eighth paragraph (a) of changes listed in the application, must be reported to the original approval authority for approval. 12th overseas investment to run enterprises by foreign-invested enterprises shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations. Overseas investment to run enterprises of foreign investment enterprises shall be approved by the commercial administrative departments at or above the provincial level, of which foreign-invested enterprises approved by the Ministry of Commerce for approval of overseas investment to run enterprises by the Ministry of Commerce, the other in investment to run enterprises abroad by foreign-invested enterprises approved by the provincial-leveled Commerce departments.
