    27th article violates these provisions, seismic damage, load is not added or need to improve earthquake type of housing construction, seismic check, repair and reinforcement, construction of local people's Governments at or above the county level authorities a rectification, overdue change, fined 10,000 yuan fine.
    28th article violates this provision, identification of required seismic strengthening of building engineering at the time of renovation without seismic reinforcement, construction of local people's Governments at or above the county level authorities shall order correction within, overdue change, fined 10,000 yuan fine.
    Article 29th seismic zone in these rules refers to the basic seismic intensity above six degrees and six degrees (0.05g area of peak ground motion acceleration).
