    20th air operator in China to work overtime and non-scheduled flights, aircraft models and types, altitudes and routes to beyond the scope of existing provisions, should be at least 5 working days prior to the flight to faxes, SITA telex, aeronautical fixed service cable or of civil aviation to accept other ways to apply for flight plans in advance.
