    Article III Ministry of agriculture is responsible for the supervision and management of food packaging and labeling.
    Local people's Governments at or above the county level agricultural administrative departments in charge of agricultural products within their respective administrative areas packaging and labeling supervision and administration.

    Fifth people's Governments above the county level agricultural administrative departments should produce packaging and labeling management requirements into the annual budget.

    (Iii) preservatives: refers to prevent decay of agricultural products of synthetic chemicals or natural substances.
    (D) the additive: refers to improving the quality of agricultural products and color, aroma, taste, and processing performance synthetic chemicals or natural substances.
    (E) the date of manufacture: plant products refers to the harvest date refers to the date of slaughter or output of livestock products; products refers to the date of harvesting; refers to the packaging or the date when the sales of other products.
