Universal postal service supervision and administration

    (July 12, 2008 2008 3rd release from the Ministry of transport as of September 1, 2008) Chapter I General provisions

    Basic communication first in order to protect the user's rights, guarantee universal postal service, strengthen the supervision and administration of the universal postal service, promote the establishment and improvement of the postal universal service support mechanisms under the People's Republic of China postal law and the People's Republic of China implementing rules of the postal law and the relevant regulations of the State, these measures are formulated.

    Chapter II the universal postal service

    Chapter III supervision and inspection

    16th post management staff to perform their duties may exercise the following powers:

    The fourth chapter legal liability

    25th post management personnel who abuse their powers, neglect their duties or harbouring post harm the user's legal rights and interests of enterprises, by their departments or authorities, impose administrative sanctions in serious cases, constitute a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
