    23rd holder has any of the following circumstances, by the industrial and commercial Administration Bureau temporarily suspended its industrial and commercial administrative law enforcement certificates:

    (A) for allegedly violating record reviews have not been concluded;

    (B) other than administrative sanctions was fired;

    (C) ceased to carry out law enforcement duties;

    (D) intentionally damaged, altered, copied, lent to the industrial and commercial administrative law enforcement certificates, but not having caused serious consequences;

    (E) shall be suspended for other reasons.

    24th the holder has any of the following circumstances, by provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) Administration for industry and Commerce revoked the business of law enforcement certificates:

    (A) beyond the statutory authority, law enforcement or violation of legal procedure, causing serious consequences;

    (B) the business of law enforcement certificates copy, lend, pledge, gift, sold to others, causing serious consequences;

    (C) violating the certificate of use of the industrial and commercial administrative law enforcement activities;

    (D) engages in, dereliction of duty, malfeasance;

    (E) be dismissed from administrative sanctions;
