Ministry of health concerning the annulment of import food hygiene supervision and inspection working rules for the 23 administrative decisions (May 27, 2009, the Ministry of Health announced come into force on the date of promulgation, 67th) the People's Republic of China Food Safety Act was adopted by the seventh meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th NPC on February 28, 2009, and will be implemented on June 1, 2009. In order to ensure the implementation of the law, I present with the food safety related regulations for the cleanup.
