Administrative measures on production safety accident emergency plan

    (C) the change in the surrounding environment, forming new major hazards;

    (D) the emergency organization of command or responsibility has been adjusted;

    (E) based on changes in laws, regulations, rules and standards;

    (Vi) emergency preparedness drills requested a revision of the evaluation report;

    (G) requested a revision of the emergency management sector.

    31st production and business operation entity shall promptly inform the relevant department or unit to report the revision of emergency, reporting procedure and in accordance with the relevant contingency plan for the record.
