    30th under any of the following circumstances, contingency plans should be revised:

    (A) the production and business operation entity caused by the merger, reorganization, restructuring and other affiliations, mode of operation and the change of the legal representative;

    (B) the production and business operation entities changes in production processes and technologies;

    (C) the change in the surrounding environment, forming new major hazards;

    (D) the emergency organization of command or responsibility has been adjusted;

    (E) based on changes in laws, regulations, rules and standards;

    (Vi) emergency preparedness drills requested a revision of the evaluation report;

    (G) requested a revision of the emergency management sector.

    31st production and business operation entity shall promptly inform the relevant department or unit to report the revision of emergency, reporting procedure and in accordance with the relevant contingency plan for the record.

    32nd production and business operation entity shall, in accordance with the emergency plan demands, emergency supplies and equipment, establish usage files, regular inspection and maintenance, so that it is in good condition.

    Sixth chapter of rewards and punishment
