(C) whether the obligation to comply with international commitments.
Restricted by the Nineth technical technical review should include the following:
(A) threaten national security;
(B) compliance with the development of China's science and technology policy, and contribute to scientific and technological progress;
(C) it is in line with China's industrial technology policy, and can drive a large and complete sets of equipment, high-tech production and economic and technical cooperation.
