    Management of Sino-foreign cooperative audio-video products distributors (Ministry of culture, the Ministry of Commerce to 28th) made the following additional provisions:

    First, allowing Hong Kong and Macao service providers to wholly-owned enterprises in the Mainland to provide audio and video products (including film production after) distribution services.

    Second, Hong Kong and Macao service provider of audio and video products in the Mainland's distribution services shall comply with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations and censorship on the Mainland.

    Third, the present provisions in the Hong Kong and Macao service providers should comply with the Mainland and Hong Kong closer economic partnership arrangement and the Mainland/Macao closer economic partnership arrangement in terms of "service provider" definition and requirements of the relevant provisions.

    Four, the Hong Kong investment in the Mainland, Macao service providers set up wholly-owned distributors of audio-visual products of other provisions referring to the management of Sino-foreign cooperative audio-video products distributors perform. Five-these provisions shall come into force on October 1, 2009.
