AQSIQ is headed by national industrial product manufacture Licensing Office (hereinafter referred to as the national license Office) shall be responsible for the daily work of the administration of production license for industrial products, product certification rules are formulated and audit production license for industrial products product review bodies (hereinafter referred to as review bodies), product inspection agencies designate a certification task, unified management verification and approval certification and qualification work.

Chapter II production licensing procedures
First application and acceptance

Senior Inspector within the validity of the certificate, meets the conditions laid down in the preceding paragraph, and served as head of the review at least 3 times a year, Senior Inspector shall not be required to exchange their registration certificate only satisfy the conditions prescribed in the preceding paragraph, may issue Inspector certificate.
