Shooting sports gun control
(August 8, 2010 the State Sports General Administration, Ministry of public security promulgated as of January 1, 2011, 12th) Chapter I General provisions
First in order to strengthen the management of shooting sports gun work, promote healthy development of shooting sports, according to the People's Republic of China Law on gun control and the People's Republic of China sports law, these measures are formulated.

(B) the competent business unit audits;
(C) the registration certificate and a copy of proof of identity of the legal representative;

(F) the shooting venue ownership or tenure proved its photocopies;

(I) the laws and regulations of other supporting documents need to be submitted. Eighth provincial sports Administrative Department shall, within 20 working days from the date of receipt of application materials to make on whether to approve the decision.

Chapter III configuration and sports guns purchased

Article 26th shooting sports units and their personnel shall abide by the following provisions:

36th shot sports unit of one of the following acts, the provincial sports Administrative Department a rectification, in serious cases, revocation of permission to engage in shooting sports:

(B) scrap sports guns surrendered not according to stipulations;
(C) fraud, not truthfully acquisition plans, excessive acquisition movement of firearms;
(D) training ground, bullet library (room) security facilities, there are serious security risks.
37th shooting sports unit has one of the following acts, sports guns confiscated by public security organs, sport administrative departments in accordance with the relevant provisions, the parties are given administrative sanctions:
(A) is not in accordance with the provisions of the civilian firearms, gun permit;
(B) submit scrap sports guns not according to stipulations;
(C) borrow sports guns without permission;
(D) in a non-shooting sports shooting activities;
(E) campaign to ban carrying firearms, regions, places to carry firearms.
Article 38th shooting sports sports Administrative Department staff, units or personnel in violation of the article 34th fourth; article 36th 37th dier、San、Wu provision, constitutes a crime or should be administrative punishment by the public security organs, public security organs in accordance with the transfer process.
Shooting sports sports Administrative Department staff, units or personnel in violation of People's Republic of China of the gun control Act, by the public security organs shall be punished in accordance with law constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
