Water Conservancy hoist using license management approach

Sixth application for water conservancy hoist operating licence shall submit the following application materials:
(A) two copies of the application;
(B) copy of business license;
(C) professional and technical personnel, special types of lists;
(D) the main production equipment, processing equipment, measuring instruments and testing equipment;
(E) quality management system related materials;
(F) production of hoist used in hydraulic engineering. Applicant shall be specified in the application to apply for license type of hoist products and specifications apply for two or more types, can be applied.

The applicant shall submit the relevant materials, and be responsible for the authenticity of the application materials. 11th water conservancy hoist use permit shall set forth the name, residence, address, product types and specification, certificate number, expiry date, and so on.

Article 12th water conservancy hoist use license Enterprise, needs to improve the hoist product specifications or product type, an application shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the present article sixth.
13th water conservancy hoist use licenses are valid for five years. Water Conservancy hoist needs to extend the expiration of the use license should be working in the expiry of 60 days to apply to the water Administrative Department under the State Council.
Water Administrative Department under the State Council shall make a decision on whether to continue before the expiry.
14th enterprise changes its name, domicile, legal representative shall, within 30 working days from the date the change water Administrative Department under the State Council to apply for change of the water conservancy hoist use license.
Address migration, water conservancy administrative departments under the State Council shall be applied for re-verification, qualified through verification before they can go through the change procedures.

17th hoist installation, operation, maintenance, and implementation of relevant laws and regulations of water project construction and management regulations and technical standards. 18th water conservancy administrative departments of the State shall strengthen the hoist production and the supervision of the implementation of the licensing examination.
Monitoring includes:
(A) in accordance with licence types and specifications of hoist production;
(B) it complies with the technical standard of the design documentation;
(C) in accordance with relevant technical standards organizations to hoist production;
(D) alter, resell, rent, lend or in any other form of illegal transfer of licences;
(E) business productivity, quality management and product quality;
(F) in water conservancy projects, hoist for use by the water conservancy hoist made licensing of production and inspection.

Article 23rd water conservancy hoist use license Enterprise, any of the following acts, the water Administrative Department under the State Council shall order rectification, fined a maximum of 30,000 yuan and constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with law:
(A) alter, resell, rent, lend or in any other form of illegal transfers of water conservancy hoist use license;
(B) is not used in accordance with the water conservancy hoist permit type and specifications for production;
(C) refuse to accept supervision and inspection or concealed in the supervision and inspection of the situation, the provision of false information.
