The General Administration of customs on abolishing the People's Republic of China Customs on import and export goods of enterprises with foreign investment regulation and taxation measures of the decision

    (December 15, 2010 the General Administration of Customs announced order No. 201, come into force on March 1, 2011) to meet the needs of economic and social development and have now abolished on September 1, 1992 of the General Administration of Customs released 29th of the People's Republic of China Customs on import and export goods of enterprises with foreign investment regulation and taxation measures. This decision shall come into effect on March 1, 2011.
