The fourth chapter legal liability

    39th in violation of the provisions of article 12th, 13th paragraph first to second, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 19th, 20th paragraph set forth in, 21st, 22nd, give a warning, and a fine of less than 10,000 yuan and 30,000 yuan.

    40th in violation of the provisions of article 23rd, 24th, 25th and 28th article, given a warning and a fine of up to 20,000 yuan. 41st administrative penalties stipulated in the provisions determined by the work safety supervision and management departments.

    Otherwise provided in laws and administrative regulations on administrative penalties, in accordance with its provisions.

    The fifth chapter by-laws

    42nd of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities work safety supervision and management departments can be made under the implementing rules for the regulations, submitted to the State administration of work safety record. 43rd article of the regulations come into force on July 1, 2011.
