Premix feed additives and additives product approval number management

    (C) the product formulation, product quality standards and testing methods;

    (D) product label styles and instructions for use;

    (E) the self test report covering product main components;

    (Vi) application of feed additives product approval number, provide feed management departments at the provincial level should also feed products issued by the inspection bodies of the specified principal component index detection results, but the product except as national or industrial standards;

    (G) application of new feed additives product approval number shall also provide new feed additives to a copy of the certificate issued by the Ministry of agriculture.     15th fake, counterfeit, the sale of product approval number, in accordance with the feed and feed additives management regulation, 37th, 38th, penalty.

    16th under any of the following circumstances, product feed management departments at the provincial level to remove his approval numbers and make an announcement:

    Article 17th feed additive, additive premix production enterprises in violation of the rules, to custom enterprise feed, feed additives other than manufacturers, operators or producers sell customized products, in accordance with the regulations on feed and feed additives management article 38th of the punishment.

    Custom enterprise in violation of the rules to other animal feed and feed additive producers, operators and producers selling customized products, in accordance with the regulations on feed and feed additives management article 43rd of the punishment.

    Trace element premix feed refers to two or more minerals, trace elements and the carrier and (or) uniform mixture of diluent according to the certain proportion, minerals and trace elements to meet the applicable animal trace element requirements specific to physiological stage, in conjunction with the feed, concentrate supplement or animal added to the drinking water of not less than 0.1% and less than 10%.

    Vitamin premix refers to two or more vitamins with the carrier and (or) diluent according to the certain proportion of homogeneous mixture which should meet their vitamin content for animal vitamins requirements specific to physiological stage, in conjunction with the feed, concentrate supplement or animal added to the drinking water of not less than 0.01% and less than 10%. 20th article of the rules take effect on July 1, 2012.
