Agricultural plant species provided

    (D) containing the names of administrative divisions above the county level or other domestic and foreign well-known to the public the names, place names, an abbreviation of names except with a different meaning;

    (E) intergovernmental international organizations or other identical with or similar to the name of well-known international and domestic organizations, but that organization except with the consent or unlikely to mislead the public;

    (Vi) easy on the characteristics of plant varieties, characteristics or the breeding status of misleading, but except for the usual hybrid rice variety named;

    (G) the exaggerated publicity;

    (H) with others of similar well-known trademarks, registered trademarks identical with or similar to the name, without the consent of trademark rights;

    (I) contain hybrid and backcross breeding, mutation, Bud, anther culture, plant genetics and breeding terms;

    (J) the violations of national laws and regulations or social morality or discriminatory;

    (11) is not suitable as a variety denomination or other circumstances as misleading.

    Tenth under any of the following circumstances, is easy on the characteristics of plant varieties, characteristics of misleading cases:

    (A) the public can be easily mistaken for the species has a characteristic or characteristic, but the species does not possess the attributes or characteristics;

    (B) the public can be easily mistaken for only this species has a characteristic or characteristic, but belong to the same or other species also have the same characteristics or features of;

    (C) the public can be easily mistaken for the variety from other varieties or connected with another variety, real contact with;

    11th under any of the following circumstances, is easy on the breeding status of misleading cases:

    (A) the variety name contains other well-known names of breeders;

    (B) the variety name and another well-known series of names that have been used;

    (A) the pronunciation or meaning of the same word in different;

    13th Chinese name translated into English, should be said verbatim, each Chinese character transliteration of the first letter should be capitalized.

    Varieties of foreign-language name when translated into Chinese, should give priority to a transliteration transliteration name duplication with the known varieties, using free translation; transliteration are still repeated, should be named separately. 14th plant variety name that does not conform to the requirements, the applicant shall, within the time limit specified by the modifications.

    Provincial approval of crop varieties before the announcement, should be determined by the provincial departments of agriculture administration variety names and other information reported to the Department of agriculture publication.
