Chapter I General provisions

The 12th under any of the following circumstances shall not apply for a motor vehicle driving license:
(A) organic heart disease, epilepsy, Meniere's disease, Vertigo, hysteria, Parkinsonism, psychosis, dementia and neurological diseases affecting the physical activity, impede safe driving disease;

(IX) other circumstances as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

Belonging to foreign embassies, consulates and representative bodies of international organizations in China to apply for, in accordance with the diplomatic principle of reciprocity; (C) a motor vehicle driving license held by.

An application should fill in the application form and submit proof of identity of the motor vehicle driver and motor vehicle driver's license.
Motor vehicle drivers physical conditions are not suitable for driving a motor vehicle, shall drive a motor vehicle. 53rd DMV meets 48th to 51st, 52nd, first paragraph, shall issue a driver's license within one day. The sixth chapter legal liability

(I) driving a motor vehicle is not overtaking, as required, or driving;
(J) the driving of motor vehicles towing trailers of the contravention;
(11) failure, accidents in cars on the road after coming to a stop, not by the use of lights and warning signs;
(12) on-road motor vehicle is not required to perform periodic security inspection.
Four, motor vehicle drivers have one of the following offences, 2 points:
(A) driving motor vehicles not complying with the provisions of the intersection or parking;
(B) driving a motor vehicle with calls, answer the phone handset, impede safe driving behavior;
(C) driving two-wheeled motorcycle, not wearing a safety helmet;
(D) when driving a motor vehicle on the freeway or fast roads, drivers seat belt not according to stipulations;
(E) driving a motor vehicle when parking in front line or slow speeds when transiting or occupied the opposite lane to overtake, interspersed with waiting for vehicles;
(F) does not comply with the requirements for school bus equipped with safety devices, or fails to follow the rules of school bus safety maintenance;
(G) driving a school bus carrying students, in accordance with the provisions placing the school bus signs, open school bus lights, or do not follow the route identified by the audit;
(H) students on the school bus, not in accordance with the provisions in the school bus stops to Park;
(I) the school bus is not carrying the students on-road, used school bus signs, bus signs and parking signs;
(J) driving a school bus before road, does not check for condition meets the safety requirements on the school bus or school bus driving unsafe roads;
(11) when students are in the school vehicle to vehicle refuelling, or in front of the school bus engine goes out to leave the driver's seat.
Five motor vehicle drivers have one of the following offences, one 1 point:
(A) driving a motor vehicle is not required to use the light;
(B) driving a motor vehicle according to the provisions of passing;
(C) driving a motor vehicle cargo length, width, height, in excess of the prescribed;
(D) road motor vehicle is not placed on conformity inspection mark or insurance sign, but not carrying driving license, motor vehicle driver's license.
