Article for rational development and protection of coal resources, improving coal resources recovery rate, according to the People's Republic of China coal and related provisions of the law, these provisions are formulated.
Provisions of this article apply in the People's Republic of China engaged in coal production and coal mining enterprises.
Third coal mining in coal mining enterprises should implement the relevant provisions following the rational exploitation program, strengthen the management of coal resources, meet the requirements of the coal resources recovery rate.
