Administrative measures for the prevention and treatment of STDs

13th STD diagnosis and treatment medical agencies operating functions are:

48th medical institutions violating these rules, beyond the range of medical subjects registered STD diagnosis and treatment, in accordance with the regulations on the administration of medical institution and the detailed rules for the implementation of the relevant provisions.
Medical institution in violation of the regulations, is not in accordance with the relevant provisions of the report outbreaks or conceal, misrepresent, and delaying the report infectious or disclose relevant information, information related to personal privacy of patients with sexually transmitted diseases, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law on prevention of infectious diseases for processing.
