Diplomatic staff Ambassador interim provisions on retention and termination

    (December 25, 2012 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs released 1th come into force February 1, 2013) first in order to regulate the retention and termination of diplomatic staff Ambassador, according to the People's Republic of China Law on diplomatic personnel stationed abroad, with reference to the relevant international conventions, these provisions are formulated.     Any of the following circumstances, the Ambassador should be terminated:

    (A) resigns or is dismissed;

    (B) is demoted more than administrative sanctions or expulsion in accordance with the CPC disciplinary regulations;

    (C) is punished with deprivation of political rights by law or fixed-term imprisonment of at least;

    (D) other circumstances that require Ambassador.
