27th of production safety supervision and management departments and the administrative law enforcement personnel identified a major accident hazards in working in confined spaces, shall be ordered to immediately or rectification; major accident hazards cannot guarantee security of excluded or excluded, shall order the suspension of operations, the withdrawal of workers; major accident hazards removed, examined and approved before restoration work.
The fourth chapter legal liability

The fifth chapter by-laws 30th article of the regulations come into force on July 1, 2013.
