China insurance regulatory Commission on abolishing the non-insurance institutions to invest overseas insurance enterprise decision management approach (March 5, 2013, China insurance regulatory Commission [2013] 4th release) released by the China insurance regulatory Commission on July 31, 2006, the alternative investment management of overseas insurance companies insurance institutions (insurance 2006 6th), are hereby repealed.
