    The sixth chapter supplementary articles

(A) natural gas pipeline: refers to the provision of public transport services of pipelines and auxiliary facilities, excluding oil and gas, LNG, gas storage facilities and liquefied natural gas facilities natural gas power plant, gas compression facilities, production area and town gas piping in the facility.

(D) natural gas liquefaction facilities: by means of low temperature process or differential pressure of gaseous natural gas into liquefied natural gas facilities, including liquefaction, storage and ancillary facilities.

(E) natural gas compression facilities: by means of pressurized facilities increase the pressure of natural gas storage facilities, including the compressor, storage facilities and ancillary facilities.

(F) the gas sales business: refers to have stable and available natural gas resources, sell natural gas through the natural gas infrastructure of the enterprise.

(G) the operators of natural gas infrastructure: infrastructure refers to the use of natural gas and natural gas transportation, storage, gasification, liquefaction and other service businesses.

(H) the city natural gas business: refers to obtain gas permits, urban natural gas supply facilities, transportation and sale of natural gas to end users of the enterprise.

(I) natural gas users: refers to natural gas through the natural gas infrastructure and marketing enterprises unit to buy gas, including urban gas business enterprises and production of raw materials for industrial users of natural gas, but does not include end user enterprise supply town gas.

(J) the peak: refers to natural gas infrastructure to address uniform supply and natural gas users do not even use contradictions, can ensure that the user's gas demand, but also ensure the safe and smooth economic operation of gas infrastructure for gas dispatch and management measures.
