(F) the gas sales business: refers to have stable and available natural gas resources, sell natural gas through the natural gas infrastructure of the enterprise.

(G) the operators of natural gas infrastructure: infrastructure refers to the use of natural gas and natural gas transportation, storage, gasification, liquefaction and other service businesses.

(H) the city natural gas business: refers to obtain gas permits, urban natural gas supply facilities, transportation and sale of natural gas to end users of the enterprise.

(I) natural gas users: refers to natural gas through the natural gas infrastructure and marketing enterprises unit to buy gas, including urban gas business enterprises and production of raw materials for industrial users of natural gas, but does not include end user enterprise supply town gas.
