Pre-hospital medical emergency management

Chapter II sets

Chapter practice management

The fifth chapter legal liability
35th article of any entity or individual without the approval of the health and family planning administration arbitrarily pre-hospital emergency medical services, health family planning administrative departments at and above the county level in accordance with the regulations on the administration of medical institution and other relevant provisions to deal with it.
Article 36th emergency centres (stations) and emergency network in hospital use of non-health professionals engaged in pre-hospital emergency medical services, health family planning administrative departments at and above the county level shall, in accordance with the medical practitioners Act, the medical institution Management Ordinance and the provisions of the nurses and other relevant laws and regulations to deal with it.
37th medical institution has any of the following circumstances, health family planning administrative departments at and above the county level shall be ordered to correct, informed criticism, warning managers directly responsible and other persons directly responsible, according to the circumstances, shall be given a warning, demerit, reducing the grade, dismissal, expulsion and other disciplinary action:
(A) the unauthorized use of "120" pre-hospital medical emergency call number or other nature with pre-hospital medical emergency call number;
(B) without prior approval of using ambulances to carry out pre hospital emergency medical services;
(C) Emergency Center (station) for command and control, or costs, declined, prevarication or delay of pre-hospital emergency medical services;
(D) violations of other provisions of this approach.
The sixth chapter supplementary articles
