Interim rules on the implementation of the trade relief of WTO dispute

    Second World Trade Organization dispute settlement body ruled that requires China's anti-dumping, countervailing or safeguard measures consistent with World Trade Organization agreements, the Ministry of Commerce may, in accordance with recommendation or decision modifications, elimination of anti-dumping, countervailing or safeguard measures, or decide to take other appropriate measures. Sixth Ministry of Commerce may amend or cancel the anti-dumping duties, countervailing duties, safeguard measures tariff measures such as tariffs, make recommendations to the customs tariff Commission of the State Council, and according to the announcement of its decision.

    Ministry of Commerce decided to amend or cancel the price undertaking, commitment, quantitative restrictions and other measures, or decide to take other appropriate measures, the case shall be announced or notified by other stakeholders.

    Article seventh according to the decisions of other trade agreements concluded or acceded, requires China's anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures consistent with the agreement, reference to these rules.

Eighth article of the rules come into force on the date of promulgation. Rule effective date has not yet been completed by these rules, these rules shall apply.
