First to standardize the service prices of commercial banks management activities, protect customer interests, promote the healthy operation of banks, according to the People's Republic of China banking supervision law and the People's Republic of China commercial bank law, the People's Republic of China price law and other laws and regulations, these measures are formulated.
According to article II of the People's Republic of China on commercial banks and the People's Republic of China regulations on the management of foreign banks to set up commercial banks, these measures shall apply to the relevant provisions.
Approved by the China Banking Regulatory Commission shall establish other banking institutions, these measures shall apply to the relevant provisions.
Article commercial services mentioned in these measures refers to commercial banks provide a range of services to our customers.
Customers in these measures refers to commercial clients, including natural persons, legal persons and other organizations.
Service price in these measures refers to commercial bank service fees.
Fourth service prices of commercial banks should be in strict compliance with national laws, regulations and rules and relevant regulatory requirements, follow the principle of openness, fairness and honesty, credit, subject to public supervision.
Fifth service prices of commercial banks should establish a scientific and effective management system, strengthen internal controls, fully disclosed pricing information to ensure customers to obtain price information and the right to choose their own service.

(H) the service price is not carried out in accordance with the provisions of its internal management;
(IX) other acts in violation of these rules.

Interim measures for the administration of service prices of commercial banks (the national development and Reform Commission, China Banking Regulatory Commission 2003 3rd) repealed simultaneously.
