Article III units and individuals who meet the following conditions may apply for the domestication and breeding licenses: (a) appropriate to domestication and breeding of wildlife sites and necessary facilities, (ii) compatible with the domestication and breeding of wildlife species, the number of staff and technology; (iii) domestication and breeding of wildlife feed source is guaranteed.
