The decision on abolishing and modifying some of the administrative regulations of the State Council In order to thoroughly implement the basic plan of ruling the country according to law, safeguard the Socialist legal system, promoting administration according to law, since 1983, has been on the administrative regulations of the State Council on 4 occasions on the basis of thoroughly cleaning, in accordance with economic and social development and deepening the reform of the new situation and new requirements, again to the current administrative regulations by the end of 2009 a total of 691 made a comprehensive cleanup.
