Railway safety regulations

Chapter I General provisions article in order to strengthen safety management of railway, railway safety and the smooth flow of transport, protection of the personal safety and property security, this Ordinance is enacted.

Employees of the railway transport enterprises should be used according to the operating procedures, management of railway facilities and equipment.

76th railway transport enterprises shall strengthen food safety management in railway operations, compliance with laws and regulations on food safety management and other relevant regulations of the State, to ensure food safety.

77th Railway Safety Act prohibits the following hazards:

(A) unlawful, blocking the rail transport of block trains;
