49th project management units and their staff in violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, any of the following acts, and monitored by the competent authority or authorities shall be ordered to correct serious cases to the direct responsible person in charge and other direct liable persons shall be given administrative sanctions directly responsible person in charge and other direct liable persons constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with law:
(A) false information furnished or tamper with the operation;
(B) does not perform an annual water allocation plan or emergency response plan for water regulation;
(C) does not develop in a timely manner or does not perform monthly water regulation schemes;
(Iv) engineering facilities, parental monitoring, inspection, inspection, repair, maintenance, and does not implement the responsibility system for production safety, affect the safety, safe water supply;
(E) failure to comply with the regulations of other responsibilities.
